How long does a refund last?
First, before refunding a customer, they must return the item within 48 hours of receiving the package. Then the refund will be made within 15 days following receipt of the package returned by the customer. But if an order returned by a customer is not in the same condition when shipped by Amycome or its logistics partners, Amycome may not accept a refund.
